Competency based interview with a twist. Started off with a warm-up question about a type of present I gave the last. Then questions targeting innovation but in a very specific way. One question was phrased in the following way "Tell us about a time when you failed". Surprisingly, the expectation was that this question was to seek an example about suggestion of global processes as the result of a failure....

technical written assessment followed by a 3 Skype interviews with 3 different panels. the written assessment was mainly focusing on technical knowledge related to the role and was for 2 hours. the interviews were all done through skype with panel of 3 or 4 interviewees and were all competency based with a brief introduction of myself.
