Fast and simple very straightforward and asked questions abt customer service and your previous job experience handling customers. There was a waiting room for candidates to wait in where they made you fill in a form before you went for the interview
It is a group interview. The interviewer will keep asking questions. It is using Cantonese to interview. The whole process may be around 10 minutes. It will call you introduce yourself, why you want to join, and many questions.
Sometimes group interview, asks a lot of situational questions about when you experienced good service, or what you would do in certain situations such as upset customers or other common retail experiences.
