I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UNILIN (Wielsbeke)
Interview
On-site interview; the recruiter was impersonal and unfriendly in terms of body language and clearly wasn't interested from the start. The 'interview' felt more like checking if you fit their vision. The recruiter had no technical background and barely asked any technical questions; you had to bring it up yourself. Without technical knowledge, they tend to focus on keyword matching. The worst and most unprofessional interview I have ever had. I hope they fix their procedure instead of wasting someone's time for this.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Tell me about yourself
- What kind of work do your parents do (like how is this even relevant?)
- What would you tell your younger self with the knowledge you have now or what would you do different
The interview process was conduct in a very professional & comfortable ways. The manager likes to give a scenario to access candidate critical thinking & approach. They also allow a lot of question to be asked.
