Question 1
Tell us about a situation when you had to meet a deadline for data reporting with pressure
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at UNICEF in Apr 2022
Interview
Contacted +1 month after I applied not via email. I almost questioned the legitimacy of it. The interview started with personal and experience questions, then proceed to directly asking the strategy for the roles, the detailed plan of actions (which was very shocking). It was intense and nerve-racking. No case-based such as "If you were faced with..." at all. It was one of the most difficult and intense interview I've ever had.

Question 1
- How will you overcome the challenge?
- What strategy will you plan to execute this program?
The questions are very detailed.
