Competency based or STAR interview. There is an interview panel with a few people and length is for around an hour. You should answer with examples demonstrating the competency they are asking about.

Question 1
They asked about the competencies that were outlined in the job description/advertisement.
It was hard to pass. There were three stages including exam. Human resources and technical interviews made by team. It was competency based interview. They asked me five or six questions.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at UNICEF
Interview
It was very straightforward. I was interviewed by two people who asked normal interview questions, such as how do you work when under a deadline, and how do you work with people of different races and cultures?
