I applied online. I interviewed at UNICEF in Jun 2021
Interview
The first round consisted of completing a technical test (to be completed before the video call interview) which assessed my knowledge of the sector and asked me to create a short slide presentation with my recommendations for the stakeholders I would be working with in the role. They also asked for an example of a previous tool I had designed for the target community. These documents were to be emailed back two days before our scheduled interview.
During the interview, which was with three members of the team in total, they gave me some scenarios the hired consultant might experience and asked me how I would respond in those scenarios.
