Had to fill out online application form on their system with my CV details and answer set questions. I was then invited for an interview where they told me to prepare a presentation and I had to talk through it during the interview.

I got the sense they didn't read my online application because the interview questions were very similar so that felt like that was a waste of time. things like 'give an example when you worked well under pressure?'
