Interview
It was a phone interview with 3 representatives of the organization from the local office and headquarters, via Skype conference call. Prior to that I applied via UNHCR Talent Pool. The waiting time was about one month, after which I got an email with the invitation to the interview.

What is the biggest challenge that you faced during the research and how did you address it?
I had a 30-minute interview that was very cordial and informational. I was asked about my interest in the role, relevant experience, and transferable skills. I was able to ask all my questions about the role and better understand the expectations of the job.

Interview
Application sent to UNHCR via email. The interview invitation was received via email. The interview was held via phone call with Protection Legal Officer which went for about thirty minutes or so.
First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.
The questions were competency based questions.
