I was originally contacted for the position via a IT Contractor. They had me go to the interview and it was a rewarding process. I met with 2 managers and the IT Helpdesk Supervisor. They asked me to describe my background, skills (which included a typing test), tested my knowledge and asked me what I was looking for in a company and the position I was applying for.

Dealing with senior staff, how am I at it, can I maintain a professional demeanor on the phone with them even if I am frustrated by their call?
straight to the point. asked basic questions regarding warehouse experience like do you have experience using a pallet jack and such. Also how many years of experience working in a warehouse.

The first interview was a video conference, then was explained the second one would be in person with drug test and tour of the facility. That's as far as it got.

Phone call, then if it went well, get and go to the second interview. This is in person with a tour of the facility and a saliva drug test, then get a job offer..
