first step was an online test, after this the interview was appointed. it last 30 min, and it was a competancy based interview with concrete situation on which I have to answer how would I handle this. there wasnt questions like what is your motivation or how would you describe yourself.

how would you promote gender equality in this position (project assistant)
Interview process was scheduled by HR and informed to candidate that it will be conducted via Zoom. Candidate will be interviewed by 4 person, HR will question about our qualifications and work experience related to the job, Gender, IT (*not quite sure since i forgot about this), and the last person is arepresentative of the Project that will ask us about our knowledge related to the project

It was a classical competency based interview. Interviewers manner is simply friendly and / or neutral. It is simply possible to have a successfull interview if you study a bit for the competency based interviews.
