The interview was very straightforward and had the usual personality and behavior based questions. I appreciated that the manager was adamant I think about if I wanted to proceed after interviewing prior to continuing the process with her. It gave me time to weigh all the pros and cons and consider what I wanted that this job could offer.

WebEx interview with Nurs manager of Burn ICU. She asked all behavioral questions, no content or NCLEX questions.
The manager was very kind and nice and we went on a tangent al little bit but she made me feel very welcome. Also gave insight into the unit culture. Dont be afraid to ask questions!

Interview
From application to interview was over 2 months. I completed my references before the interview. I had a phone screen with the recruiter and then set up a date for a video interview with the unit manager and charge nurse. They asked me behavioral style questions. It was an hour long and I spoke to recruiter the following day about how it went and then received the offer.
