Interview
It was very simple, I had been referred by another office to the psychology department and I contacted the hiring manager by email, and he replied with a face to face interview time. The questions during the interview were very basic, get-to-know-you questions and in less than 15 minutes we were discussing what hours I was available to work and when I could start.

There is a lot of research done here at UNC, what is it about the work that we are doing here that drew you to us as opposed to other research opportunities?
Straightforward questions about your fit on the team and how you work under pressure. Besides behavioral questions, they had quite a few questions regarding the background of my studies and to explain my base knowledge.
