The interview was a 3 part all day interview, the last interview was a presentation/ panel interview with 8 staff and faculty. They want to see how prepared you are, how you will fit into the office culture, and what your knowledge is of the departments purpose.Some questions were trick questions.

Questions were behavioral based. One question was describe a difficult situation that you encountered at work and how did you handle it.
I had an initial virtual interview, a campus presentation and Q&A, and multiple smaller interviews with the department/team and manager while on campus. They later requested to check my references and then called me to offer me the role a few days after.

All behavioral questions. First a phone screen with the hiring manager, then in person with the team I would be working with the most in my role. Asked about my past experiences from my resume, asked what I knew about the students at UNCC, and why I wanted the role.
