To anyone reading this, and may be preparing themselves for an interview with this organization, prepare yourself well, but have no worry about how you will be received by the interviewers.

if shortlisted, there is a written test followed by an interview with a panel. the written test is half technical half oriented towards communication (writing a technical brief). the panel interview uses some of the written test for a presentation.
