Interview
Initial HR screening. HR followed up and asked for days available to interview. A few days later I was told availability was only on a specific day and so I accepted that day and did the interview with a panel of people.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UMass Global Administration in Oct 2025
Interview
The recruiter who first reached out to me sent a very spammy looking email. It seems like she tried to do the least amount of work possible by just sending a Microsoft booking link without writing an actual email, but the link she sent was broken. It's ironic that the subject of her email was "Booking with me without the back and forth" but then we had quite a bit back and forth because the link wasn't working and then I had to send an additional follow up after I didn't hear from her. We set up the interview which seemed to go very well. She even asked me for my availability to set up an interview with the hiring manager as early as the following day. But then I get an automated email from their Workday system at 12:22am that I had been rejected. What? It felt very off putting and when I emailed her about it she did not respond, but I received an email from the general recruiting email address. It all just felt very bizarre from start to finish.
