After the initial phone screen, the in person interview was suspicious. Most everyone was out of town so it was hard to get a read on the culture. There was no clarity in the direction of the company or the job description. They also failed to mention there was a team of others in support positions already in place, but also out of town. The whole experience was unusual and set off all the internal alarms - I should have declined the job. The lesson learned - pay attention to Glassdoor - the old reviews support the current environment.
