Phone interview was conducted. was asked about teaching style and basics such as how one would assess student learning. Knowledge of the curriculum was needed. The call consisted of myself, the head of teaching and learning, the principal, and two representatives of the science department. There was not much feedback, but the meeting went well enough for me to be hired.
