I applied online, and was contacted two days later and did a phone interview right away, they called me in for an interview with the hiring manager, the day after I received a call back and an offer started my new job within 2 weeks

Typical interview that everyone receives and that it had simplet questions and was easy to get through. The interview was a phone interview and then an in person interiew with the manager.

Interview
My interview was very straight forward. Alot of behavioral interview questions, "like tell me about a time" or describe a time". Interview was about 30-45 minutes long. The panel was very very friendly, and they really took interest in my questions. So interviews seem standoffish, I didn't get that feeling at all.
