I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Sunrise, FL) in Nov 2023
Interview
Met with the hiring manager who asked a lot of questions. Some were really hard to answer but she was very nice and gave me an opportunity to ask about the role. She didn’t have a lot of information on the specific team the role was on.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Weston, FL) in Aug 2024
Interview
The process was quick. Applied to the position in their website and a few days after an internal recruiter reach out. We connected and we just went over my CV at a high level. Than scheduled me with an IT manager the week after, and we discussed a bit more about the role and my experience aligned with what they were looking fore. Than they moved me to the third and final round with an IT executive that asked more technical questions. I felt I got the gig, but unfortunately they had a few more candidates in line. Overall the interviewing process was structured and everything lasted about 3 weeks.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Lowell, MA) in May 2022
Interview
30 min phone screening, 2 question assessment, 30 min interview w/hiring manager, 30 min panel interview (2 staff in related positions asking about questions), then a second 30 min panel interview. (All interviews virtual).
Felt great after all of those rounds, but then no response for almost 2 weeks. Once they did respond, turned out they went for an internal candidate.
