I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UKG (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
-I was contacted by a Kronos recruiter (via LinkedIn).
-We scheduled the phone interview within 1 week (I interviewed with the recruiter).
-I followed up by sending my resume (and thank you note), so the recruiter could forward it to the hiring manager.
-Unfortunately, the hiring manager didn't think my resume was a good fit for the role, and I received the news the day after the interview.
-The recruiter was super nice and offered to keep my resume on file for future positions.
-When applying to positions on the Kronos website, if the role isn't a fit, the email response suggests you try the Stella talent network. Uploading my resume on Stella led me to a company which recently made me an offer, and I accepted! So, I'm grateful to Kronos for being the catalyst.
I applied online. I interviewed at UKG (Melbourne)
Interview
Very easy process but was kept as a bait for someone more qualified to accept the offer as I think the reason Finance Team said not to hire because of the budget constraint can't be possible after telling me that they are willing to offer me the role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you think is the best part is about your job?
Through is the word that I would use to describe the interview process. I did not feel intimidated during the interview. I had a total of five interviews for my position.
I applied online. I interviewed at UKG (Varna) in Feb 2025
Interview
The whole interview lasted 12 minutes. The HR assigned to interview me was on a holiday and the substitute HR took 5 minutes to calculate if my salary expectations are within the budget.
I was asked what I know about the company and when I left my previous job.
The HR was not able to answer my questions and gave me information only about the interview process. Six months later and no feedback.
