Interview
I got the job by emailing the director of sales when I was rejected when I first applied. I emailed him twice and he was impressed with my efforts so he forwarded my resume to my now manager.
Long process conducted mostly by recruiting firm. Much of the process was silly games designed to allow interviewers to see how well you work within a team and showcase leadership.
