Spoke to senior manager on phone for approximately 30 minutes. Was overly upfront about difficulties company was facing in this area. Was told on this call that I would have an in person interview. The in person interview occured the next week. Met with a different senior manager and spoke for approximately 30 minutes. No offer.

Applied on line and received a recruiter phone screen. The conversation seemed to go well and I was told I would be recommended for a manager phone screen or on site interview. That's the last I heard from them. No follow up calls, no emails, no returned messages, no returned emails. Very unimpressed. I have no problem when the answer is 'No' but I do have a problem with a complete lack of any response whatsoever.
