UK Tote Group interview questions

Stage 1 interview at Wigan with two supervisors, one in person and the other on video call. Lots of competency based questions. Dress code in the email states smart casual so I wore a shirt, trousers and shoes to be safe. Felt overdressed because the interview was in shorts and t-shirt. Stage 2 interview in Wigan conducted by both the Department Manager and HR Manager. Easier more generic questions this time. Department Manager wearing trainers, didn’t seem professional for final stage interview setting. Was told I would hear back at the latest early the following week. Waited until the end of the following week before following up with an email. Didn’t get a response so I followed up again the week after that and was eventually given the generic response that there was more suitable candidates.
