As a person with strong CV I was directly invited to the interview. The interview format was rediculous as I was given a couple of very basic questions i.e. define power and energy or write the formulas for different power types for single or three phase. My objection didn't go well with the manager and she proposed a different approach. However again, they missed the whole point of the interview. Their approach was more like a memory test rather than assessing my capabilities. Like this time I was asked what is RMU?
I left interview as I didn't find the culture suitable for me. There has to be a balance between knowing things and being able to learn new things. The focus of interview was extremely towards knowing things.
