Advertisement in the National newspapers and on the official website of University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore has been published. Afterwards, candidates with different background applied for this post and qualified candidates were called by the Registrar office for interviews.

The process is very competitive due to the large number of applicants from all over the world. There are multiple interviews at department level, and selection board level. The panel of interviewers ask you questions from different aspects to judge your competency and command on the subject at the time of hiring.
