I applied online. I interviewed at UCLA in May 2017
Interview
The interviewers' asked me about my future goals in research and what I hope to get out of the position. Additionally, they were interested in my past experiences and asked me personality questions such as " Do you work best with groups or alone?"
Few interviews to obtain position but ultimately straightforward, simple and easy to get through. Manager was nice and transparent, HR department was slow but that is expected with an insititution as big as UCLA.

Question 1
Is there a time that you had to overcome conflict in the workplace?
One of the labs that invited me for an interview. Instead of talking to me, they asked me to take an exam on paper. Not very friendly. But they did not wasted my time when they decided to move on.
