There was no interview required or requested for the graduate school program at this school. An application was all that was required. The application consists of a personal statement, GRE (optional), transcripts, and a fee.

Interview
Just talk to all the faculty in the field. They decide whether your interests and their interests match and also whether you have the knowledge base they require for their lab.
They asked about a variety of stuff. Like what’s you previous research experience and how would you tackle different problems. I really liked it as the interviewers are very friendly
Applied through their application. Got an interview about a month later. It was a zoom interview with the director of the department and an associate that I would be working under.
