Regular interview where they highlighted an everyday shift and asked about strengths and weaknesses, why you want to work there, and what your availability looks like. They also proposed hypothetical situations and asked how you would handle them, given some context of everyday operations. The interview took about 20 minutes, and the interviewer did a great job at answering questions and clarifying aspects of the job when asked!
I applied through university. I interviewed at UCLA Housing (UCLA, CA)
Interview
Asked general questions about customer service and hospitality. And how you would approach resident conflicts and what made you interested in working as a housing safety ambassador. The interview was not too difficult but your school schedule shouldn't conflict too much with the work times.
Interview from RD and asked about administrative experience, office experience, experience with Microsoft Suite, and scheduling appointments and calls with residents. You have a higher chance of getting this position if you are an RA on the hill.
