Interview was conducted over Microsoft Teams. Began with introductions from the staff and myself. Was asked to describe myself and then they described the positions available. There were broad questions and answers before we concluded and they asked for any additional questions regarding the units/positions.

I applied online and received an email on when my interview was scheduled. There was no choice on when your interview was. The interview was behavior based questions with a panel of nurse leaders from the units interested in hiring you.
