Interviewed from multiple floors, all very nice. Managers and assistant managers at the interview, total of about 8-10 people if I remember correctly. Questions very basic, strengths and weaknesses, etc. Would recommend applying for a job and accepting if given the opportunity.

Interview
Submitted my resume with an employee referral. Seems like the only way to get into UCH is to know someone on the inside. Came in for an interview two days later, met with the RN Floor Manager, interviewed, and was told I'd hear something in two days since she had three other people to interview. Got a call not even 20 minutes after I left for a job offer.

Interview
It was a short interview, fairly typical but important questions. I interviewed with the manager of the department and the educator; they were informative and friendly. UCHealth does require 5 references after the interview, so be prepared for that.
