Applied through their website and got an interview about two weeks later. The interview was really relaxed. It was mostly about the job's essential functions and my personality. They asked about my projects in college and how it related to the position.

Interview
Easy interview. Asked questions about education, past work experience, and willingness to travel. Made it to second interview where I shadowed an employee for about an hour to get a first hand look at what they do. Talked salary and asked some additional questions afterwards. They said they would make their decision and get back to me within a week. I never heard back.
