Simple one on one interview. No stress, relaxed atmosphere. The process lasted about 45 minutes, with simple questions on work history and academic experiences. The process seemed fairly disjointed within the department, but generally the interview itself was well organized
A committee of 4-6 people ask you various questions. Some questions I was asked was: How has your current role prepared you for this role? What experience do you have that makes you feel you'd be successful in this role? What are your short-term goals and long-term goals?

Interview
Sent my resume, after 2 weeks I received an email saying they'd like me to come in. Very upfront about the position and responsibilities, interview was somewhat casual, just discussed my skills and what the work environment would be like
Hiring process was long, need to put in the legwork to get all the documentation together. Most academic hires I've seen is usually a referral, a volunteer or internal promotion. Unless that person is completely unqualified, the interview is usually a formality.
