It was intensive but worthwhile. I learned a whole lot even while I was being interviewed. Glad I had it . Even if the job did not happen then, I believe I will return stronger next time.

Interview
The interview was very detailed and purely merit based, we had 4 stages comprising aptitude tests,presentations and three drilling interiew stages. The selection process lasted over 6months and i was eventually selected alongside 20 other candidates from a pool of over 2000
Interesting. Was conducted and completed in two stages over 4 week. The first was pretty easy, but the second was more challenging. The second comprised of A brief introduction of ourselves, followed by answering a question that you have randomly selected. After this was a case study interview, where you will be given a scenerio to proffer a solution. Finally, a personal interview with the panel comprising of senior management staff members.
