      Interview

Company hires referrals only - you get a phone call from the director to set up interview with them and sr manager. Real easy interview. They want to hear you want to work hard and don't mind working the weekends - going to be 2/3 weeks a month of 6 working days / week. they let you leave at 5pm but won't help you much unless you stay until 6pm each day - otherwise pretty standard. ..no base pay - working 50-60 hrs a week - half team hits goal always same people. great pay plan for people who started under previous leadership. you will watch other people get rich getting handouts while you work hard to make standard AE money

      Anonymous employee
      Austin, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at U.S. Money Reserve (Austin, TX) in Apr 2022

      Interview

Arrive well-dressed like a professional, speak somewhat coherently and you get hired on the spot. That should be your first warning something is off. That's it, they bring a couple of people in and they sell you on making a lot of money. No one had my resume, nobody knew my background. Look professional, don't talk like a fool and have a pulse.
