During the interview process, there were four panels consisting of a minimum of three individuals each. The panels adopted a unique approach by jumping around and asking random, seemingly unrelated questions. This unconventional method aimed to assess candidates' ability to think on their feet, adapt to unexpected situations, and showcase their diverse skill set. However, it became apparent that the interviewers placed a heavy emphasis on job titles and positions held by the candidates. The discussions revolved primarily around the candidates' past leadership roles and responsibilities. Each interviewee was expected to provide detailed descriptions of their leadership experiences, highlighting their achievements, decision-making processes, and the impact they had on their respective teams or organizations. The interviewers were particularly interested in understanding the candidates' leadership styles, their approach to problem-solving, and how they motivated and inspired their teams. The questions posed by the panels often probed into specific instances where the candidates demonstrated effective leadership in challenging situations.
