I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Pendleton, OR) in Nov 2020
Interview
Phone interview 10 min long. In person interview about 30 min generic questions. Guy seemed to be not interested, but turned out to be focused on wording my answers correctly.
Phone screen with recruiter, 7 questions max about customer satisfaction, problem resolution risk management… then hiring manager asks 10-12 questions or so, 30-40 minutes on average. Very easy if you have experience on banking and show willingness to be the best employee ever
