Interview
Generally an easy process. It included a more senior prospective peer, but it was my understanding that the job was mine at the interview stage unless I messed up. Just let them do the talking.
process was easy to set up and get meeting but all done online. i think in person would have been better option for me. but i guess many companies do this at the beginning of the process

Interview
Was over the phone, really rushed. Wasnt the best but wasnt the worst. In retrospect Im glad I didnt get the job. Im much better off now. BUt whatever.
