Interview
There was a phone interview then i was flown out to Chicago and had 10 one on on interviews. Mostly behavior questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years? strengths? weaknesses? know your resume front to back! They go over it. One guy asked technical questions about interest rate swaps. All very kind people!

Good, overall very simple, screening then video interview with an actual representative, took a while to hear back though. It was straightforward on questions, nothing too technical other than a bit about the market and how interest rates are.
