Interview
I met first with the 2 branch managers. They wanted to get to know me and my personality to see if I would fit well with the branch. They told me about the company and how well the employees are treated by everyone, even upper management. Then I met another day with the Operations Manager. He was very personable and gave me more details about the position.

They asked if I felt comfortable talking to people and if I would feel comfortable cross-selling products.
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
