This was the worst interviewing process I have ever experienced. This two-month process involved multiple interviews: two 30-minute calls (with HR and the Hiring Manager), two 1-hour calls (with the Head of Customer Success and a CS Manager), and a 45-minute mock QBR requiring hours and hours of preparation. After all that, I was informed that the budget for the role hadn’t been finalized and that it could take months to resolve. Why are you interviewing for roles that aren’t budgeted for?
The Director of HR provided a firm decision date, which came and went with no follow-up. After multiple attempts to get clarity, I learned they had chosen someone else. However, the role was reposted a couple of weeks later without any communication. Clearly that person didn't accept their offer.
Tyto has a serious lack of internal alignment, organization, and respect for candidates. If this is how they manage hiring, I can only imagine how they operate internally and treat their customers. Don't waste your time.
