Process took 6 months. Three total interviews of 1 hour each. Fairly straightforward simple questions. First round was quizz where they asked questions and jumped to a v different questions. Second was pair programming over zoom, so it was 70 mins of code dictation as zoom remote access failed. Bar raiser went very strange, interviewer were not able to answer simple questions like what is most interesting project they are working on, or how company’s values are quantified across talent. If values are published on website they should be lived in company otherwise there is no meaning of publishing values. After last interviews it took another 50 days to decide that they want to proceed with another candidate.
