I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Typeform (Bogota, Cundinamarca) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process involved three stages. The first was a system design interview, where I was asked to propose solutions for a real-world problem the company was facing. I shared ideas on how to design the system effectively. The second interview focused on coding, emphasizing test-driven development (TDD), data structures, and algorithms, where demonstrating technical expertise was crucial. The final stage was a cultural fit interview with the director, where I discussed my past experiences and how they aligned with the company’s values and goals.
1. Chat with a recruiter. 2. Pair programming test. Unfortunately they are not inclusive enough to offer a choice between pair programming and take home test so to pass step 2 you need to be able to write code under pressure while others are judging you. But if you're like me and you do better at take home tests, then stage 2 will be a waste of your time.

Interview

We had a good talk, it was explained why the want to hire many new developers and the details of the position and team. I had a good impression of everything and was told they would get back to me in 2-3 days, which never happened.
