The experience was quite disorganized. The interview stages seemed to be made up on the fly, and There was no communication. After completing what I was told were all the stages, they surprised me with an additional assessment. Despite successfully navigating over five stages, when I negotiated a slightly higher offer within their budget(as advertised), they initially agreed. However, after expressing my acceptance, I was inexplicably ghosted. Multiple emails seeking clarification went unanswered, and eventually, I was informed that they were withdrawing the offer due to unexpected salary negotiations. Unfortunately, I received no proper feedback on the situation. If you prefer a structured workplace, this may not be the ideal environment for you.
