Two Technologies interview questions

I applied online and the head of Human Resources reached out to schedule the interview. I met him during the first interview, which was one on one and took about 30 minutes. About a week later, he called and asked me to return. This time met very briefly with him and then with the EVP Sales and Marketing and the head of Customer Service. This lasted about an hour total, and I had an offer within a day. Overall, from the time I applied, scheduled an interview, was interviewed twice, and got the offer, it probably took about three to four weeks total.

This interview was very strange. They only communicate via email and it was a one interview then a offer. That should have been a red flag that something was wrong. They were not prepared at all for a new hire,
