Lengthy interview process that began with open ended questions. Interviewer was stringent but asked good questions and raised valid concerns.
Unfortunately it seemed like interviewers mind had already been made up by looking at my CV and it felt like winning her over was a challenging task given her preconceived outlook. Plays hardball during some questions - perhaps a test of your resolve.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- What makes you suitable for this role
- Where do you see yourself in the future
- 3 strengths 3 weaknesses
There are total 4 interview sessions:
1st session: writing test (30mins)
2nd & 3rd session basically asking the similar questions, just different people. Throughout the sessions, it is basically 1 way communication, the interviewer will ask a lot of questions (about 1hr) but never explain the job details. I didn't feel respected in the process because the interviewer seems not believe in my answer, and keep on question me more in details, trying to see if I'm honest. I only have 10 mins ask questions and to understand the company culture /job detail. Some of my questions are not anwered too, interviewer just told me that 'will know when you join'.
4th session: Finally the interviewer will give you chance to understand the company /job in details, also disclose the salary and benefits
