TwinSpires interview questions

Went through two technical phone screens with nice guys, then faced an in-person panel of 7 men. I was asked borderline-sexist questions such as "what makes you believe you can speak and be heard in meetings?" and was actually insulted by one of the technical interviewers when I politely used upseak while delivering the correct answer to one of his questions. 30 days later, I still haven't even received a rejection.
