Senior Manager, Demand Generation and ABM Interview

      17 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Twin Health in Mar 2026

      Interview

Initially met with the VP of Marketing, which is usually a good sign since they don't want to waste their time nor their team's. Had two more multi-person interviews, then assigned a 'task' of basically building an entire strategy, that should take 'no longer than 4 hours' (red flag #1: asking for free labor). Then scheduled a 9-person panel interview to present said task, where only 3 showed up (red flag #2). Then, 2 days after they had the plan and it was presented, was told I didn't get the position, I looked and the position had been removed from their job listings and a senior director role was put in its place (red flag #3). Not sure how many others they were interviewing, but as far as I can tell, no one was actually hired for the senior manager position. They wanted free plans, and now plan on hiring someone higher up to execute.
