I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Toronto, ON)
Interview
They have a well-organized, though somewhat lengthy, recruitment process. It starts with a short call with the recruiter. If you pass that interview, you move on to an interview with the hiring manager, who will ask behavioral questions. Overall, people are very friendly, and they always let you know whether or not you are moving forward in the process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied for a billing manager role in 2018 and completed all 7 rounds of interview over 2 months and haven't received any feedback despite the fact that any unsuccessful interim interview would have stopped the whole process. I applied for the same role in February 2019 (Q1), completed all 5 rounds and as of July (Q3) still haven't received any feedback again. Also the line of interviewing was unfair as type of questions asked by the hiring manager were in breach of any company code of conduct - questions like "Has any employee raised a complaint against you and was was the outcome?" - any internal complaints are highly sensitive and confidential and should not be asked as an interview is not a right and save space to discuss these matters and answering (or not) puts the candidate in unfavourable position.

Question 1
Has any employee raised a complaint against you and was the outcome?
I am very sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with us. I know that interviewing takes a lot of your time and appreciate that not hearing back in a timely manner is not helpful. I will take your feedback to the Dublin team to help improve our process.
