The interview was scheduled as a phone call, but the interviewer didn’t call on time. Instead, two minutes after the scheduled time, I received an email stating that the interview was canceled because I "didn’t answer." I immediately responded, explaining that I hadn’t received a call and was still available. The interviewer then called and asked only one question: “Tell me about yourself.” After my response, he simply said, “Okay, thank you,” and ended the call. Minutes later, I received a generic rejection email, even though we never even discussed my experience.
