I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio in Mar 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and set up a quick call. I then had a cal with the hiring manager. Next I was scheduled for a series of interviews for a virtual on-site. I was able to spread the different rounds out over a few days It included a technical round , bar raiser round, a presentation to a panel and two other rounds. The recruiter called to prep
me and let me know who I was meeting with but not until after I had already met with some of the interviewers. I didn’t find out one was the technical interview until afterwards when they finally ‘prepped me’. A few days later I was told that they were not moving forward and I could request additional feedback. I asked for the additional feedback and never got a response. Most of the interviewers were personable and friendly, some more than others. The recruiting team was disorganized and chaotic.

Interview
Not sure what this company is looking for in terms of Product Managers. Very very generic interview with the hiring manager and just asked behavioral questions. Not expected for an experiences product manager. In the end got rejected via an Auto email stating they can't give feedback. Waste of my time interviewing here.
Very drawn out process with repetitive questions over several weeks. All the people I interviewed with, read questions from a list. Nothing seemed organic. Between the hr rep, panels and hiring manager, I probably had 6+ conversations.
very long interview process with at least six rounds of interviews. most of the interviewers were nice enough but the process took multiple months to complete. it was a lot of time and effort to work around a day job schedule.
